WHO CAN APPLY?
Teachers, researchers, lecturers, and professors in EDDA member institutions may apply for a mobility grant to visit another EDDA member institution. The travel must fulfill Nordplus’s travel grant requirements (see below).
WHAT CAN I APPLY FOR?
Teachers can apply for mobility grants. The minimum length of the exchange is 8 hours (one day mobility is possible), and the visit may consist of teaching, tutoring, development of teaching materials, supervising work placements, and/or collaboration with the labour market.
There is no maximum length for mobility. If you are planning for an exchange longer than two weeks, please be in touch with the EDDA network coordinator (juuso.tervo(at)aalto.fi) on the availability of funds.
HOW MUCH IS EDDA MOBILITY GRANT FOR TEACHERS?
The travel grants are max 330 EUR for all countries except Iceland, where the travel grant is max 660 EUR. The accommodation support is 100 EUR/ night, 500 EUR/week and 1350Â EUR/month. HOW CAN I APPLY EDDA MOBILITY GRANT?
Fill the EDDA Travel Grant Application online. After filling the form, you will receive more detailed instructions about payment procedures via email. If you have any questions about the form, please contact juuso.tervo (at) aalto.fi.
You can also invite a teacher from another EDDA institution to visit your school. The visitor will take care of the paperwork necessary to get the scholarship.
