MOBILITY FOR TEACHERS THE EDDA NETWORK
WHO CAN APPLY?
You are a Higher education teacher, researcher, lecturer or professor in a member institution and your mobility is to a member university and fulfills Nordplus minimum requirements (see below).
WHAT CAN I APPLY FOR?
Teachers can apply for mobility grants. The minimum length of the exchange is 8 hours (one day mobility is possible), and it can be teaching, tutoring, development of teaching materials or supervising work placements and collaborating with the labour market, for example.
There is no maximum length, but if you are planning for an exchange longer than two weeks, please be in touch with the EDDA network coordinator (jaana.brinck(at)aalto.fi) on the availability of funds early on.
HOW MUCH IS EDDA MOBILITY GRANT FOR TEACHERS?
The travel grants are max 330 EUR for all countries except Iceland, where the travel grant is max 660 EUR. The accommodation support is 70 EUR/day, 355 EUR/week and 1065 EUR/month.
HOW CAN I APPLY EDDA MOBILITY GRANT?
Fill in the two application forms, you can find them both here, download them on your own computer. Please, remember to fill in both forms, otherwise the payment will be delayed. Please send the forms to the following addresses, (to both): email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also invite a teacher from another EDDA institution to visit your school. There is information available on EDDA teachers interested in doing teacher exchanges here. The visitor will take care of the paperwork necessary to get the scholarship.
The scholarship will be paid by to your account by Aalto ARTS, and therefore it is important that you give all the information requested.
