Main interest and research and developmental focus: In my work I have an on-going focus on challenging and developing Danish art education in a reflective and modern perspective. The Visual culture perspective plays a central role in this work as well as It and Media. This includes a focus on developing ways of looking and developing a curious, visual reflective eye. Another on-going focus is the role of the visual in developing abstract and creative thinking and innovation. Aesthetic perception and reflection is a key-point in terms of both visual culture, art education and creativity and teaching and learning in general.
